EQUITABLE GROWTH DIALOGUES:
Conversations about Growth, Development and Inequalities in Southeast Seattle

Please join Great City on Saturday, April 2 for the Equitable Growth Dialogues, a series of probing community dialogues concerning regional growth, urban development and entrenched inequalities in Southeast Seattle. As Southeast has seen massive re-investment in the last decade many residents see significant positives including safer streets, new residential investment and increased livability, but the area has also faced significant new challenges including displacement, gentrification and unequal access to opportunities. Join your neighbors in engaging in a series of robust, thoughtful dialogues about how new investments in Southeast can help shape an inclusive and equitable path forward with shared prosperity for people, the economy and the environment. The day will include a keynote address by Jeff Pace of the Unity council in Oakland California and a series of panel discussions about various aspects of development in Southeast. Please join us for the full afternoon or just drop in for a few sessions as your schedule allows. Daycare, translation and lunch will be provided.
